This Article goes out to all Ultra Fractal Users/Artists on dA, so it would be great, if you could +fav this article if the message appeals to you - also it would be awesome, if you could spread the word yourself
The past days I discovered my special interest in tweaking other people's Parameters to learn and to just create my own vision from what is already given. There are a lot of groups that offer Tweaking Circles/Round Robins like

just to name two of them.
My project is some kind of a fusion between Circles/Round Robin's and Challenges.
I thought of the following:
Within a certain amount of time (let's say for example 1 month) there will be a Tasty Tweaks "Round". The whole thing will be running as follows.
1. I write a SignUp Journal that will always be named "Tasty Tweaks #Number" or something like that.
That means if you don't want to miss something you would AT LEAST have to watch my journal.
2. You have 5-6 Days to SignUp by commenting on that journal or via note.
Whether 5 or 6 days depends on if I put up the SignUp-Journal on Sunday or Monday.
The SignUp-Time always ends on a Saturday around 1:00PM GMT+1:00
3. After the SignUp-Time ended I will count the number of participants.
If the number is devisible by 2 the participants will be teamed up.
If the number is NOT devisible by 2 they will stay alone.
This process happens during the two days of weekend.
4. When everything is done I will EDIT the SignUp-Journal with a list of the teams (if necessary) and everything you need to know like special instructions, where to find the Parameters, deadline, ...
5. You then will have approximately 2 Weeks for your tweaks.
Each person/team is allowed to send in 3 entries at most.
The entries have to be send in via note
6. The last week is for rendering and/or sending in entries.
7. After the Round is finished the SignUp-Journal will AGAIN be updated with a Feature of ALL entries either sorted by team or by artist. I will also create a News Article with the same Feature to share the products of the Round with the community.
8. After the Features are done there is a break of 1 month until the next Round starts.
This Project is JUST FOR THE FUN OF TWEAKING - No Winners, no Losers, no Prices (only the Features)
Regarding this Article the FIRST Round of this Project will start 1st of October 2011. So you have time to think about this, maybe pimp it in your journal or tell friends or whatever.
